Bill has exhibited both paintings and photographs on a local, regional, and national level. He continues, since retirement, to be active in both mediums. His paintings are shown at the Harbor Square Gallery in Rockland, Maine and at the Martin Gallery in Charleston, South Carolina. Bill's paintings are in many private collections, and in the public collections of the New York State Museum in Albany; the Wyeth Laboratories in Champlain, NY; Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, Plattsburgh, NY; in various offices of MBNA (now Bank of America), and in the art collection of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Over the years, Bill has maintained a constant presence in both local and regional group and member shows, exhibits, and events, including the Clinton County Council on the Arts; the North Country Cultural Center for the Arts (NCCCA); The Lake Placid Center for Arts; The New York State Adirondack Visitor Center at Paul Smiths, New York; the Knox County Humane Society Arts Auction, Rockland, Maine; the Arms and Legs art furniture Auction at NCCCA; and the Northern New York Arts Council for Essex and Franklin Counties.
